If a Registrar has deprived/violated a citizen’s Civil Rights, can’t they be held personally liable civilly?
Every soldier/sailor/Marine/airman/guardsman who has been deprived of his/her right to vote this year should sue in civil court for damages.
Their (the Registrars) actions won’t change until they’re faced with personal ruin over the money damages they should have to pay.
