You are correct – however, the Fed Judge in Maryland can file a suit againt Eric Holder and President Obama – Holder as the Head of the DOJ and Obama as the Head of the DNC. They may hold public office, within the U.S. Government, but they are NOT above the law regardless of what Clintonistas may believe.
