Probably too late for 2010. Especially because nobody other than MVP sued. You can’t make a difference if you don’t act. The real difference will be in 2012. Everyone already shafted in 2010 will remain so. The only way to compensate is to vote – that everone go vote, and make up for the disenfranchised. Planning on voting anyhow? Then work to find someone who wasn’t going to.
