Here is the 131 page report. Yaki walked out so as not to give the Commission a quorum on the vote to approve the report, then held an immediate press conference with the water carrier media, including the Washington Post…which rushed the “this is a conservative/right wing ploy” meme to press.

The report gives a time line of events and questions why the DOJ would take a case in which the defendants defaulted…in other words, a laydown…and unilaterally undermine the entire process. It’s a question to which the answers are not only vague and ambiguous, but are wholly illogical.

The suggestion that the case wasn’t “strong enough” from an evidentiary standpoint is rather ridiculous when the defendants aren’t contesting.

Yaki, the Pelosi palace guard…has been at the forefront of damage control for the Democrats in general and the administration and their operatives in the DOJ in specific.

The Commission will vote next week, with or without Yaki, I imagine.
