IN 2004, in Philadelphia, 2 hours before the polls were supposed to open(Pa does not have early voting) , a polling machine worker turned on a couple of voting machines and found, much to her suprise, that 2400 votes had already been inputted into the machines. They just ALL happened to be for John Kerry. And these machines were maintained by none other than an SEIU local, just like in Nevada. First things first-(1) no more early voting (2) every machine gets vetted BEFORE any voting takes place, by officials of both parties.(3) RICO laws MUST be used against not only those who engage in vote fraud, but staffs and politicans who benefit as a result of fraud.
