The narrative that democrats are for the little guy and republicans are for greed and corporate fat cats has been swallowed whole by the media and the majority of the citizens in this country. Just watch next Tuesday, when you will hear everything from how the poll watchers are disenfranchising minorities, how looking twice at the signature of a latino is meant to scare away hispanic voters, and how the republicans engineered the rainstorm to keep the elderly and poor away from the polls.
Meanwhile, the democrats will use their NBP party thugs and SEIU goons to really scare away voters, bus in hordes of homeless, retarded, illegal aliens, illiterates, felons, etc and tell them how to vote, “resurrect” the dead to vote democrat, and fix the machines so all votes register as democrat.
It is as deTocqueville predicted, that democarcy in America will end when the populace sees that it can vote itself largesse from the public treasury. With the democrats promising trillions in goodies to the looters and moochers of society, we are fast approaching the level of a Marxist 3rd world country.
Unfortunately, I see little hope in republicans fighting against this: they are more concerned with being compassionate, moderate or reaching across the aisle than to stir up the pot and fight for the good of their consituencies.
