The worst way to count votes is buy computer. Computers are too easy to compromise.
elections should be immediately returned to the mechanical voting machine. the roll-ups can be displayed online for verification but the original tally sheets taken from the machine will have to be carefully authenticated and preserved. the machines should be locked and secured after the election for re-verification.
