Alice come on be real! I served under seven presidents and had the pleasure of serving with many people of color. It is true there was an increase in the number of colored peoples in later years after the all volunteer military began but this wasn’t due to any president specifically. The military offered benefits and a chance to get ahead. The last president I served under was Clinton. When I was in, I spent a majority of my time overseas and voted absentee every time, I always had my ballots and returned them in time to get counted. If they were not counted it was not a fault of the mail but of the people counting the ballots.
