Election Fraud Uncovered by Patriotic Citizens … Who Promptly Get Sued
The 24th Amendment prohibits poll taxes only for federal elections. It would be interesting to see what the feds would do if a state imposed such a tax to vote at the state level and below. It wouldn’t be hard to issue distinctive registration cards for those who didn’t pay the tax, then give them ballots with the federal races removed.
An even better way to clean up the process would be to prohibit govt. employees or other beneficiaries from voting at that level of govt., as they are a built-in tax-and-spend constituency. IOW, federal employees and welfare recipients could not vote in federal elections, state employees/beneficiaries in statewide elections, etc. Again, registration cards could easily be changed to include restriction codes, just as driver’s licenses do now.
Also, the 23rd Amendment should be repealed, depriving the Democrats of 3 guaranteed electoral votes. Those who live in DC should be considered legal residents of their home states and be required to vote absentee in those states, the same as military personnel.
