Your entitled to your views. You say “According to black popular culture only whites can be racist”. Thats bull. Where is that poll info? Thats a Rush Limbaugh stat. BLACKS CAN BE RACIST! But The Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary defines racism as a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular racial group, and that it is also the prejudice based on such a belief. It’s not racist to point out injustice or disagree on politics. Don’t change the definition to fit your argument or “study”. Do some fact checking. We can tell your someones parrot.
