Election Fraud Uncovered by Patriotic Citizens … Who Promptly Get Sued
As awful as various actions of the Obama Administration’s Department of Justice have been under Eric Holder’s management, there is evidence that similar practices have been SOP (standard operating procedure) for some time.
During the hub-bub over AG Alberto Gonzalez’ firing of US Attorneys during the Bush years, for example, one lawyer in private practice (who wished to remain anonymous for fear of retribution) revealed in blog posts a disturbing DoJ habit: When complaints of suspected voter fraud were received, the Justice Department routinely chose to ignore them — instead opting to investigate the whistle-blowers (for possible “vote suppression”).
That strikingly mirrors the current situation in Texas. And it reveals something of the mindset of entrenched careerists at DoJ: a leftist, Democrat-friendly approach to the performance of one’s duties. As many other federal agencies appear to be, DoJ seems infested with staffers and managers whose first loyalty is to political ideology (and, perhaps, to a particular party) rather than to the law — or even to the Constitution.
It was a problem that existed before Barack Obama was elected and Eric Holder was appointed. But it has been exacerbated since they each took office.
