I do know this is like a really really old thread (or, is it really – just a couple of years ago?! which may explain why I just spotted some really archaic views that were totally shocking! So, allow me to throw in my 2 cents here.
If Carl said a female in her 40s is considered “un-hot” whereas a man in his 40s is still sooo hot… geez that was the most biased, generalized statement solely based on gender and age disregarding all other factors such as a person’s character (charisma), wealth, looks, mental state of mind, etc. If so, just to show an example only, Jennifer Anniston (btw, I’m now writing this in 2010) should be considered un-hot just because she has reached her expiry date of being a 40-year-old whereas a fat-ass, un-employed, bald 40-yr-old man will be still hot no matter what, correct???? Please, r u a guy that just came out from the cave or what? Just kidding.
