I say send the girls/ladies/women. They’ll be so grateful to be treated like humans I doubt they’ll go back.
In regards to Muslim women, I think
“Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”
would be applicable.
