Andrew Cochran at Counterterrorism Blog has kindly posted a PDF of the Islamic Saudi Academy’s corporate history in Virginia showing the dissolution of the corporation in 2004:

Here we see no further corporate activity or reporting since 2004, when the Islamic Saudi Academy, Inc. was dissolved by the State of Virginia.
