I will gladly admit that I will give the benefit of the doubt to a police force in every single shooting scenario—perhaps the man was intoxicated; perhaps he stupidly reached for toward his weapon…

However, after reading about this story, I am saddened that my initial and immediate response is that the police officers simply committed murder.

An officer described by fellow associates as being aggressive, who had been involved in another shooting only 4 years earlier; multiple gun shot entry wounds in the back and armpit, a complete and utter collapse of communication…disgraceful – these sound like cops that would be better employed in Mexico.
