Chodorow may be an egomaniac (I know not) but his restaurants (which I have had the pleasure of dining in cities across the country serve delicious food in beautiful (sometimes wild) settings. My wife and I celebrated my recent Bday at his Tuscan Steakhouse in South Beach and those $200 plates were well worth it. Drinks, apps, main course & desert were all STELLAR.
Bruni sounds like the ego maniac, taking his poor lot out on those who create & build. I doubt this restaurant reviewed by Bruni deserved 0 out of 4 Stars. That is just childish and unhelpful.
