Even assuming that Harsh is the one who wrote the note on the letter and gave it to Santillan… that in no way proves that Harsh (much less Whitman) knew that Santillan was in the country illegally.

In the original press conference, didn’t Santillan admit that she “confessed” to Whitman in 2009? If she really believed that Whitman knew of her status for years, what’s the need to confess?

And, to be honest, even if all of Allred’s allegations prove to be factual, the only thing that even marginally hurts Whitman is… she hired an illegal alien maid and not only paid more than $20 per hour, but it wasn’t even under the table? Even Attorney General Moonbeam wouldn’t be that stupid.
