Well, the Metro officers were justified in their use of deadly force against Erik Scott when he pulled his concealed firearm on a uniformed officer.

For anyone who listened to the testimony of all the parade of witnesses, the decision is not a suprise. I guess the real eye opener to me was after all the complaints I’ve heard about the system here in Clark County and how “one sided” and “unfair” it is would be the over one thousand five hundred questions asked of witnesses by the family/attorney. That and for all the yelling the family did, they produced not one witness and Scott’s girlfriend evaded service and failed to show at the inquest.
