IF Israel chooses to act.
The Potential Targets would probably be:
Radar Sites, Command and Control Centers,
Nuclear Sites.

IF Iran decides to retaliate, we can expect
Hezbollah to move into Israel from Lebanon.
Iran may try to shut the Straits of Hormuz.
They may even try to attack with conventional aircraft and Long Range Rockets.

Closing the Straits will not last long.
The US will then get Involved.
Hard to tell where it goes from there.
