You really must watch or read the full testimony. In truth, the NBPP case (or any other individual case, for that matter) was only small part of the testimony. The damning testimony was about the Voting Rights Section’s racist policies. But MediaMatters won’t be interested in that.
In the end, Commissioner Yaki looked like a flailing fool.
