You got him, progressoverpeace. The Indonesian incompetent is pathologically — and headed toward psychopathologically — hesperophobic. And reserves for and directs the depths of his morbid hatreds toward Americans and to a lesser extent for and toward the ‘once-great’ British.

Dinesh D’Souza, meanwhile, misses the (former British Colony inhabiting) Anti-Colonialism Derangemant’s truly insidious feature: that its elitist sufferers, having deliberately disingenuously misrepresented that the rich countries got rich by invading, occupying and looting poor countries of Asia, Africa and South America, simply replaced the imagined looters with themselves and, by systematically stripping their former colonies of their former colonial governments’ every asset and/or advantage, including universal education, for example and universally accessable health care and hospitals, set every one of them back a century, at least. On the fiftieth anniversary of their independence from Britain India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, were all corruption-riddled Cronyist basket cases in which an aggregate more than a billion people subsisted on less than a per-capita Dollar per day.

And pretty much still are — and still do.
