Im an American University alumnus. I stopped having anything to do with the university after AU President Ben Ladner (later removed for misconduct) went on a world tour, the sole purpose of which appeared to be kissing the ass of any enemy of the United States he could find. (When his North Korea trip was written up in the alumni magazine I initially thought it was a prank.) For at least thirty years AU has raised money by flattering wealthy third world monsters, especially in the Dar al-Islam. This fellow Akbar Ahmeds job is to be a tool of flattery and hes evidently a very good tool if he keeps getting his mug on TV. However, hes a paid liar as Laura Rubenfeld makes clear.
