I think I know what you were trying to point out here, but I think you missed a rather important point – Houston is pretty damn liberal and leans pretty far Left. They were the ones that voted in Bill White in the first place. I agree voter integrity needs to be maintained, but I fail to see how Houston staying blue will matter much.
