I’d prefer otherwise, but it remains possible that Obama himself will be re-elected in two years.
I don’t think Americans will sort against blacks in the future but if they do, I hope it will be against candidates like Obama who have made race the meaning of their lives and the centerpiece of their careers, and otherwise have little experience and few accomplishments.
