I am not leaning toward Islam. Like I said “all religion is garbage”. I just think it is amazing how people can make un informed statements and to think the crusades were some just western holy war is absurd. I was stating another argument. And I am in every sense of the word a capitalist. I am not a ultra capitalist. I do not believe in foreign occupation for capitalist reasons. And I don’t believe we can blame Islam for politics. The same as Christianity is not the blame for our politics, but we are a Christian nation. Just as we blame Islam they blame Christianity. The politicians know they are playing you on both sides. What makes it worse is people like yourself know there are 3 sides to a story 1,2, and 3 the truth. But we let or neighbors say things they may believe but we know are not entirely accurate. As long as it supports your argument. History is the version the author portrays it to be.
Do you know how many times in the bible “god” says killing is justified about one hundred.
I am not bashing but, it is unfair to point fingers unless you point them at the mirror first.
I study religion as a hobby. And have A few semesters under my belt on eastern and western philosophies. Just to say I have put some thought and effort into these issues.
