Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world…studies have shown this is not attributable to the adult conversion of those making an informed decision to follow Islam but is a product of the much higher birth rate of Islamic countries as opposed to Christian, Jewish, Bhuddist, etc. countries. The fact is true but reasoning that the fact follows the merits of the religion is false.

Everyone has the right to defend themselves. No on has the right to bomb shopping malls, crash planes into towers, launch rockets into markets…that’s not defense that’s an attack on the innocent.

The whole thing says: “On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if any one slew a person – unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land – it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them Our messengers with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land.” This wasn’t a command to muslims it was a recounting of something that happened within the jewish community. Shame on you for taking your own “holy” book out of context.

I’m not going to just take your word for this. If it’s happening, I agree that’s wrong and against Geneva Conventions, but a “religion of peace” would react to rape by raping, react to killing innocents by killing innocents, etc etc.

There are just too many sura’s that refute this claim. For instance 2:193, 8:12-13, 8:39, 8:60, 9:29, 9:73, 13:15…I could go on a long time. This will suffice and you know it.
And you site the crusades(which I’ve already addressed), the inquisition and the IRA but leave out important statistics-more people are killed by islamists every year then in all 350 years of the inquisition, more civilians killed in two hours on september 11th then in 36 years of conflict in northern ireland.
