re. Your assertion (one I agree with, by the way)that Obama was not properly vetted, I would add that he was indeed properly vetted: by Howard Dean and George Soros and his money connections. The Clintons and moderate to conservative Democrats are on the outs in that Party. It is owned now by the Far Left. As Ed Pariser of MoveOn.org was reputed to say awhile back: “It’s our Party now. We paid for it.”
Richard Fernandez has done an excellent job in this article, but then that is par for the course for his writing on his weblog. Just a very perceptive guy.
However, I am pessimistic that the associations with shady characters that Obama seems to have a penchant for will not in any way derail that Golden Mouth Shape Shifter from Chicago.
