Charles, you are so right. In addition there’s all the cherry picking a la Briffa, et al. For those from HuffPo, etc., Briffa cherry picked three trees out of over a hundred for the hockey stick thing. Why those three? Simple, the rest of the trees overwhelmingly did NOT support the conclusion. So… toss ‘em. That’s the current state of science today.
How ’bout NOAA slipping 600 degree days into the Wisconsin temperature data set? That’s the latest scandal.
