Far be it from me to ascribe any intelligence to the TSA or the DHS, but it occurs to me that the luggage was checked, the fake bombs found and the men not apprehended for a reason. By doing this the ‘dry run’ appears to have worked–even though it didn’t. When the actual run happens, the terrorists may then consign their bomb laden baggage to the TSA folks–never suspecting that it has been detected.
