Rick Moran is indulging in disappointing “Look at me, I’m proving that I’m not a racist” style journalism. Barack “Barry” Obama is today a secular man who apparently takes religion with a huge grain of salt. Nonetheless, the evidence does indicate that he was raised a Muslim during his earlier years. Daniel Pipes rightfully points out that Islamic extremists consider such an individual as an apostate. End of story. This is the consensus view of the center right. Who gives a damn about the rants and raves of the marginalized radical right? Moran is being conned by the Obama camp to knock down a mostly imaginary straw man.
