Are you sure? Because I’m beginning to have serious doubts. Really. At the very least, he’s ignorant and uninformed. For a man with an undergraduate degree in political science, he seems to have little knowledge of history or how to apply the lessons of the bit of history he does know. For a man with a law degree, he seems to have little understanding of the proper role of the judiciary. For a Constitutional law instructor, he seems to have little understanding of the Constitution and it’s original intent. Maybe the suit’s emptier than even we thought.
