While I completely agree that the legal age to drink should be the same or younger than the allowable age to drive, vote, join the military, and so on; it’s completely beside the point. This article was about the law as it currently stands, and some parents breaking the law. If you only obey the laws you agree with, well, good luck with that.
I wonder how “cool” a parent would feel if one of his/her guests killed someone else’s child driving home from the party. Or maybe just got someone else’s child pregnant.
