This district contains a large number of fiscally conservative voters and voters who would not dare vote for a cap and trade corruptocrat (if they understood what cap and trade was). I also believe that this group of Texans, however, does not much abide politics thus the secret is giving them a reason to go out to the polls so their vote overwhelms the voters who vote their race, their culture, hope and change, or the revolution. There are also a lot of old Jim Hightower type populists who would never vote anything but Democrat unless of course they understood that a vote for Democrat is a vote for the Marxist Professional Left.
