No perhaps you should do some reading on the Military Industrial Complex.. Bush’s implementation of this practice back fired, because it was not a traditional war.. and it cost money and tax payer money.. Economics.. will not tell the truth, because they based there truths on beliefs and political assignments.. Unless you talk to a Economist who has nothing to gain..Then you will find reality…
When you read up on the Military Industrial Complex.. You will deny it and say something silly, like it’s a lie, but the entire “IRAQ” and “BIN-LADEN” thing is all Military Industrial Complex…
Wait.. I will give you a brief overview.. Yes it is Capitalistic! Why do you ask? Oh, because you love the capitalistic way, no matter if it does cost lives.. as long as we get the MONEY!!!
Fist the total world spending on military expenses in 2006 was $1.158 trillion US dollars. Nearly half of this total, 528.7 billion US dollars, was spent by the United States.. You have to spend some money to make some money.. I heard a rich guy say that.. Overall the United States government is spending about $1 trillion annually on defense-related purposes.
Basically it’s the war-profit theory.. Didn’t work for Bush.. Why? because it was not a war based on threat, but personal relationships.. Had nothing to do with America..
To put it simply, the Military-Industrial Complex is described as an all-too friendly relationship that may develop between defense contractors and government forces, where both sides receive what they are perceivably looking for: a successful military engagement for warplanners and financial profit for those manning the corporate boardrooms. It can be viewed as a “war for profit” theory.
So now what’s so funny?
