Laws should be enforced equally. But it sounds like like these people are in the system, making their appeals and not blowing off court dates or re-enetering the country illegally for the n’th time.
It’s Mr Navarette’s disingenuousness that rightly has come under fire here, using an exception in an attempt to negate the rule altogether. Using one wrong to excuse millions of other wrongs. His goal is open borders that favor Hispanics over all others – not enforced laws. It’s fitting that he catch flack for it. He’s not an honest broker.
