Nancy Pelosi has correctly said that this whole mosque thing is a political issue. The fact is that millions of Americans are intensely absorbed by the issue. They know who has been bad or good. It will show up in November and perhaps beyond. Every politician can run but he cannot hide. People like David Patterson can try hop-scotch but it cannot work. So let the chips fall where they may.
