It all boils down to this simple question: do sovereign nations have the right to decide who immigrates to their country or not? In return, immigrants must decide whether they will obey that country’s laws and enjoy its benefits, or disobey and suffer the consequences?
True, it’s bad for the families affected, but how can they complain when they broke the law and are suffering the consequences?
I only wish the U.S. would take this stance, and stop allowing the children of illegal aliens born in America to be considered American citizens. That would solve a lot of our illegal problem.
