As a dem for 40 years my decision to not vote for Obama is simple. His is not qualified to be commander in chief. He has no record of accomplishments, is unable to make decisions regarding his close associations, he is frightening naive and cannot be trusted in the Oval Office at ’3:00 AM’. This is clear to dems like me. The DNC had the fix in for Obama from the start with the MSM, NBC and CNN, as their co-conspirators. Of all the more-than-capable candidates the Democrats had to choose from, they pick this upstart, inexperienced, dirty politician from Chicago mob politics, with no experience and no clue about history. Just words! Threats about Roe v. Wade, or Social Security, or the SCOTUS are just words, just fear mongering. We will see if these Dems can grow a spine in the Dem controlled congress first, we’ll see if they are capable of using their power to select judges, pass legislation, work across the aisle to achieve something. Obama is nowhere near ready for this challenge, just words, and many of us will vote down ticket, but will never vote for Barack Obama.
