Does Tim Wise have any persuasive arguement why
Barack Obama, who is half-white with an African
father, should be the beneficiary of Affirmative Action? I mean where is the history of slavery and discrimination in his background? This reminds me of some years back
when a student who was the recipient of a
minority scholarship to Harvard was met with
a stunned reception when he showed up to claim it. You see, he was white. Was there fraud involved? Nope. It turned out he was an American citizen who had been born in South Africa.
