The problem come down to really 2 parts… corrupt cops and corrupt government. Cops are no different then any other citizens expect they are payed to be citizens full time. When cops believe they are above other citizens, granted special “powers” such as the only ones allowed to have guns, defend themselves, etc they quickly turn to oppress the public because its in their benefit.
Corrupt government is much the same way… they pass laws that only apply to the “little ppl”. They are above everyone else and thus “know what best”. They also have special “powers” such as being allowed security for they houses or even guns… even the little things like reserved parking all plays a part.
When you let the ppl in “charge” believe they are an elite ruling class… they quickly believe you. Until you can walk down the street shooting cops for breaking the law places like chicago for remain sewer pipes. You must empower the citizens not the oppressive ruling class… and the first step in that is to punish the “ruling class” when they commit crimes.
