I love that t-shirt. I saw another good one the other day that said- Meat is Murder: tasty, tasty, murder.
As much as I hate to recommend it, there are some vegan-allergy free recipes from Babycakes NYC on martha stewart’s tv website if your daughter has a need for them again.
As for reformed vegetarian/vegans look up “30 days of Pork” on seriouseats. Good stuff.
