National Security, Porkbusting congressional earmarks
and selecting Supreme Court Judges are why we should all vote for John McCain.
I disagree with McCain on drilling in Anwar, but I believe that 4 1/2 months before an election in which every Congressman is up for election, as well as 1/3 of our Senators (the Senate is currently 51-50 in favor of the Democrats) and an absolutely enraged populace over high gas prices, changes will be made without his support.
The Congress may even overturn this Supreme Court decision with legislation if enough Angry citizens call them.
Congressmen and Senators pay attention to voter ONLY before an election. The rest of the time they’re responsive to the generous foreigners (Arabs, Japanese, et al) and American special interests that so kindly donate money to their campaigns. Money is great but re-election depends on the voters.
