Hugo Chavez is a sickening theiving liar!! his policies are frothed with self delusion and an overaching ego!!
Truth be told, the death knell was sounded in december when the polity turned down his proposed constitutional ammendments and its exciting enough that they know to defeat Hugo Chavez, they must adopt a bottom up strategy which seeks to capture regional and local electoral positions first thereby creating a strong enough opposition that will tackle him and take him OUT of the presidency during the nnext elections
