It sounds like a lie, but if you look over the
statistics for the past 30-40 years and factor
in that blacks over that time have represented
just 11.5% to 13% of the population then it
starts to come out to 20+%. Let’s say that in a certain year the black population was 12%. That means the non-black was 88% (7.3 times as
much). You then get the equivalent black on white crime for say 1993 of 10169(7.3*1393). That is
23.5 times the white on black crime of 432
