Having a national discourse about their continued presence and effects is necessary for this nation’s health.
So Obama said in his big race speech, pointing the finger at whites much as you are doing, then he promptly dropped this supposedly important conversation, and later the Rev. Wright, whom he said he couldn’t disown, and finally the whole Trinity church.
Typically, white people are racist.
According to current DOJ statistics, blacks murder whites at a rate 25x more often than visa-versa. That sounds racist to me.
Can we also say, “Typically, black people are racist”? If not, why not?
