Carol, I have read and enjoyed all of your columns before, but this time you disappoint me. Your lack of understanding of the root causes of the Crusades, combined with your PC need to “equalize” all atrocities and those who commit them combined to turn a promising piece into just so much rubbish!
I’m looking forward to a better job next time!
