No list of terrorists could be complete without George W. Bush, and not to be outdone, Obama is causing more civilian deaths in Afghanistan than Shrub ever dreamed of, because of its military and oil-mineral location, of course, but probably because he thinks the more collateral damage he causes among Muslims, the more Americans will give up the notion he is a Muslim. As we Americans say, fat chance. The testosterone theory is pretty silly. It’s about greed, both for material things and for the sheer joy of wielding power. And I don’t mean the greed of the populace, the citizenry… just the ruling class and rulers.
