You really need to read better. The statement was made that Shady is not on trial, Mark Steyn is. The question was where are your remarks about Mark Steyn, not Shady. You gave all kinds of references to what you claim about Shady but none at all about Mark Steyn which is what the whole trial is all about in the first place.
Once again. Do you have any references to columns written by Mark Steyn that fail to float your boat.
BTW for those who think it cannot happen in the US, read today’s NYT for the article by Adam Liptak. He is claiming that the US needs to change its rulings using the First Amendment to make it more in line with Canada and the Euros in falling down before the Muslims. When you combine that with the fact that the NYT also wants special dispensation to print columns where the reporters can claim that they were told this by someone and not have to provide proof that this is true, it really speaks to the LLL dem approach to human rights and free speech.
