Muslims are complaining all over the place (Great Britain, Canada, European continent, Australia, the US) of written publications (and spoken speech) being “unfair” to their sensibilities. Not to mention movies, drawings, cartoons, plays…
It’s part of the strategy of CAIR and related Islamic organizations to use a country’s own legal (or quasi legal) systems to shut down any whiff of a criticism of Islam, real OR imagined, it doesn’t matter. (Mark Steyn was quoting Mullah Krekar himself, the Osama loving Iraqi mullah who has been living in Norway, relative to his statement that Muslims in Europe are “breeding like mosquitoes” and, by implication, will soon be predominating on the basis of sheer numbers alone.)
Also, it’s always a good idea to trace down where the funding comes from in these sundry actions against freedom of expression.
