BCF: You really can’t read can you. Shaidle’s post has nothing to do with Canada or the Canadian constitution. She is saying property rights are more important than equal treatment under the law, that a property owner’s right to ban blacks from coming into the store (i.e. segregation) is A-OK with her and is a more important than equality rights.
As she writes: “not all rights are created equal”.
Words, BCF, they aren’t just a random collection of letters jammed together. They actually have meanings. If you aren’t sure, you could try a thing we in the reality-based word call a “dictionary”.
And, again, you are focused on the issue of Shady being a bigot. We all know she is but that is totally besides the point being made here. If that is still not getting through, maybe take a break, have some more milk and cookies, and go find another commenter to make stuff up about.
